Nathan Phillips is a growth and marketing leader with two decades of experience at the intersection of technology, brand, and business development. At New Chapter Ventures, he leads brand, marketing, and go-to-market strategy for a venture turning underutilized church properties into community-owned assets.

Nathan's focus is the story that connects mission to momentum. He shapes the narrative linking impact investing, community development, and faith-based placemaking, helping funders and partners see the potential in overlooked places. He brings the same craft to Unique Places to Save, a national land conservation organization, where he directs marketing and storytelling behind the permanent protection of thousands of acres across the country.

For more than a decade, Nathan ran his own marketing agency, serving clients and operating an in-house incubator that launched and scaled ventures across retail, e-commerce, and consumer goods. In fractional CMO and COO roles, he helped grow Women's Golf Day to more than 900 locations across 60+ countries and co-founded consumer brands that repaid their startup investment within the first year. A Google AI Fellow, he now brings AI into how established organizations build and scale their growth engines.
