Clark Harris is a social impact entrepreneur, systems builder, and land conservationist focused on long-duration community development. He co-founded New Chapter Ventures to address a structural gap: communities across the country hold significant dormant assets — underutilized church properties, vacant civic spaces, underdeveloped land — with no reliable pathway to activate them. NCV exists to build that pathway.

Prior to NCV, Clark co-founded LoLo – Locals Supporting Locals, a platform connecting professionals to independent local businesses to create a more impactful form of marketing. He also served as CEO of Unique Places to Save, an entrepreneurial land trust focused on restoring and conserving high value aquatic resources. Both ventures reflect a consistent orientation: innovating on existing systems to create higher community and environmental impact.

Clark thinks in repeatable models, not isolated projects. His operational focus is on building frameworks that can be transferred, taught, and scaled — reducing the friction for faith-based organizations and community leaders to move from curiosity to concrete community impact. At NCV, that means integrating training, capital access, and operational support into a single incubator model.

An artist and outdoorsman, Clark brings a practitioner's eye for potential in overlooked places. He lives in Asheville, NC with his wife and two children.
